Soak your nuts, seeds, and grains.
Why you ask? Because it improves digestion, unlocks nutrients, reduces cooking time, and produces far better flavour and texture.
Learn all about wholesome grains, seeds and nuts, the nutritional process for preparing and why its important to soak. At the end of our workshop there will be time to sit down together around a shared table to enjoy the delicious meal that was prepared during the class and plenty of opportunity to chat with Debbie (Gateway Fine Foods) and ask her all those foodie questions.
Tickets are $60 per person
Lunch & refreshments will be provided.
Our classes bring like-minded people together to prepare, cook, feast, and learn.
