MARCH 2021 NEWSLETTER
How has your February been? I can't quite believe it is autumn already. I do love the cooler days and I am actually looking forward to putting on a jumper and lighting the fire, anyone else like the cooler weather?
What we did in February
13th Feb - Private Catering at Guest Accommodation
14th Feb - Valentines Day Workshop
18th Feb - Birthday Cake
20th Feb through to 3rd March we took a little break (traveled 3300kms) and saw some amazing places. We purchased some lovely gifts from rural communities and wandered and stayed a while at stunning countrysides. Some of the towns we visited were;
Goondiwindi, Dirranbandi, Lighting Ridge, Walgett, Burren Junction, Wee Waa, Narrabri, Coonabarabran, Dunedoo, Mudgee, Gloucester, Dorrigo, Gold Coast and home. We do live in a beautiful country.

Vegan Barbecue Baked Beans
With the cooler weather nearly upon us I thought I'd share a breakfast recipe that I use all the time. Vegan Barbecue Baked Beans. These thick, sweet & smoky slow cooked beans need a little initial prep, but then you can leave them to do their thing while you do yours.
This recipe makes a lot but reheats beautifully. During the cooler months I always have a batch in the freezer. I have adapted this recipe to use honey instead of molasses & maple syrup
Oh and don't forget to soak your beans before using them.
